Bosch planer

<p>Bought a Bosch planer from BBS Mica on 29/04/2016(on promotion from 26/04/2016 to 08/05/2016). No stock but paid for the machine.Problem 1: received the planer almost three weeks later(18/05/2016). Problem 2: guide (item 21) missing. Guys at BBS MICA helpful. No feedback from Bosch. </p>
