Bosch freezer

Can’t even say terrible service because there are no service from Bosch’s side. Bought a freezer about 18 months ago, it hasn’t been working for 4 months in which we called them several times. Taking leave to be at home every time that they schedule a ‘technician’ to come, there were two already, note the one arrived at 20:00 sick and asking for medicine and said He also can’t fix it and now after phoning again several times they were supposed to send a third technician- needless to say still waiting for him. So extremely disappointed in Bosch servIce and obviously in their products.
