Shocking and Pathetic,

Triple J Diesel (Bosch Service Centre) has to be the worst workshop I’ve entrusted to have work\repairs done on my vehicle. If you want a lot of empty promises, lack of urgency, lack of accepting responsibility, extremely poor and shoddy workmanship, grease stained interior and damage to your vehicle, then look no further. Triple J Diesel is just the place for you. I had my vehicle booked in for a diesel knock, oil leaks, service and turbo replacement on the 06-07-2021. Deon Shaw booked my vehicle in. We did a walk around, pictures were taken of my vehicle, questions asked regarding in terms of a tracker, anti-hijack and software. However, since receiving my vehicle on 28-07-2021, I’ve had to return my vehicle THRICE and as of 24-09-2019, it has broken down again. Every time I receive my vehicle a new issue arises that they just can seem to repair. Blaming software on my vehicle for my turbo failing. The first time the turbo started whistling was due to all the pipes and intercooler not being cleaned, hence causing damage on the comp wheel blades. The second time the turbo failed was due to no oil going through to the turbo. This can only be because of their poor workmanship. When collecting my vehicle after returning it a second time, Triple J Diesel marked every possible connection, bolt, pipe, etc in my engine bay. These markings were not for the previous visits. When I questioned Deon about it, he advised that it was for their peace of mind to ensure that they have checked every single component in the engine bay. I rep**** by saying that the only reason I would have these markings on the engine bay was to determine if anyone else had worked on the car other than Triple J Diesel, which was confirmed to be true. This left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Why would I allow someone else to work on the car and have the warranty voided. I regret the day I took my vehicle to Triple J Diesel. Entrusting Triple J Diesel with my vehicle has to be the worst decision I’ve made. My vehicle is worse off than when it initially went in on 02-07-2021. At this point, I feel helpless and cannot fathom the fact that I’ve thrown R17000 down the drain.
