Bad Service

I made an online request for a quotation, asked for my VIN number, today lunch time I popped in so that they can take the VIN number. The lady at reception was on the call and she advised the other lady twice to assist me, she seemed not interested, by the time she assisted me, she wasn't communicating, even when she was done, she just carried and ignored the fact that I am waiting for her to tell me that she is done. I had to ask and the lady at reception kept on calling her. Bear in mind that she is working in the back office and uses the site entrance to access her office, you can't see her when sitting in the visitor's area. She doesn't care that we are customers, I was irritated by her and vowed not to take my care there.
