BOSCH THE REEF HORRIBLE SERVICE

They installed bake pads which gave a loud uncomfortable screeching sound, returned the car to them, they said it’s just dust, they have fixed it, but my car still has that sound. Further more, they stole my wheel cap. I’ve been waiting for a replacement. The arrogance I recieved when complaining about my wheel cap was just disgusting to say the least. I have to take my car elsewhere for the same service, yet I payed them quite a lot of money. I will not rest till this matter is ascalated
