Poor Service Delivery

I am very disappointed in their customer service. I have logged a complaint (reference: CP-***) with Innovation Group as well. I have booked in my car for repairs on the 8th of December 2021, 11 days later I still find myself without a car. The insurance has authorized payment on Wednesday last week and the part that was ordered to be replaced arrived on the same day. I was told that I can pick up the car on Friday, then I decided I would rather pick it up the following Monday which was yesterday. When I got there nothing was done, apparently the workshop lost one of my car parts and they cant complete the job without finding it. So they couldnt find it and they decided they need to order the part from the agent which might take 2-3 days if the part is available. Otherwise I will get my car next year. This is affecting my family, it is the festive season and I am struggling to communicate around with my family just because the garage lost a part on my car during the disassembly. This is unprofessional...and ek is gat vol nou!
