Terrible service,giving me a run around with the service invoice

Been waiting for the service invoice I did. I have been calling to get my car invoice and the lady who attends to the calls keeps promising to send it. It has been 3 weeks of waiting. I don’t understand why they are doing this because no explanation has been provided on the calls and texts l left on WhatsApp.
