Dreadful experience from Bosch Car Service at the expense of my financial and mental health

I have been struggling to get Ladysmith Exhaust Centre CC (bearing CC Reg No. B***) trading as "Bosch Car Services" to reimburse me or repair my car (Audi A4).

The background to this is that my car was taken to Bosch in December 2021 and to date, the vehicle has still not been fixed as per the initial agreement between Bosch and I. Bosch has alleged to have fixed the car on two occasions but the vehicle has broken down within weeks after delivery of the supposed service / repair Bosch had performed on the vehicle. I paid the full amount of service totalling R40000 and the vehicle remains under the care of Bosch but it is still not fixed. This has been incredibly strenuous and stressful notwithstanding the fact that I have reached out to Bosch' head office. My attempt at doing so has been futile. Instead, I was advised by employees acting under the auspices of Bosch that I should fetch my car and that Bosch will not be reimbursing me the sum of R40000 that I had paid for the service which was not performed. Further, they do not answer any calls from me neither have they been providing me with any updates. As if to add insult to injury, they made me pay for the towing of the car each time it would break down after being "repaired" or "serviced" by Bosch. It is rather unfortunate that this is the treatment that I am receiving from a company that I bestowed my confidence in, as someone from a rural community with limited resources. This is especially terrifying in light of the fact that very many other people in my neighbourhood make use of the services of Bosch, with the faith that services would be rendered.

I am severely disappointed in the very unprofessional manner that this situation has been dealt with. The representatives of Bosch acted with arrogance and carelessness, thinking that they are unassailable and impervious to accountability.
