Poor customer service skills - Bosch car Service astroserv

I have not even booked my car in yet, and already i feel like i am about to receive some bad service. First i booked online, i got a call and i was told i will receive a call later that day with a quote. It never happened until today. I elected to call this time around and booked my car for tomorrow, the guy i spoke to sounds like his still in bed under blankets. No customer service skills, no desire to speak to me on the line. He also told me he will call me back later today, let's see if that will happen. I doubt it though....
