Poor Customer service

Worst of the worst Service Center in Sunward park Bosch . Poor Customer service and I think they are not sure with their work,I took my car for Minor service on 05-01-2026 their Technician instead of setting the right return date which is 01-01-2027 no he puts 01-2028 which it's totally wrong when I return for Bosch to fix their mistake they told me stories Technician he is not available I must come back next day the Manager she was very very rude she said she can't predict when the technician will be available. because I was angry and fighting for my right as client screaming I was told that they won't fixed it Poor Customer service.l won't advice any one to service their car at Bosch Sunward park
