HORRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible service received in Rustenburg branch where we had to call 2 days later after dropping the car to get quotes only to be told it was not ready and eventually when it was ready they just emailed it without explanation. We were then told the cr prt will be ordered car should be ready in 2 days ND again we received zero communication decided to drive there found the place closed and nothing was said to us. With all the frustration we requested a manager where we were told shel be back called twice that day and she was not in we requested call back which only happened the following day. The manager calls with so much attitude and lies from the admin ladies that my husband was rude and kept hanging up the phone and she was so defensive about it to me it mens she was taking sides and not willing to listen to the other side of the story and even made a comment "my ladies are intelligent Im sure they know what really happened" wht does tht imply about my husband?did she call to defend their horrible service or apologize and work way foward? I unfortunately lost it and used the word "masepa" while talking and she stated screaming "I know what that means you are recorded" and hanged up on us. I wonder if t our will be fixed properly or they will even cause more damages to it with the attitude and horrible service received this far. I would appreciate if the management played all the telephone recordings and get the facts straight instead of her turning the whole thing around and focusing on me saying the word "masepa". At the end of the day that's our car tht we must pay for and we demand answers she must stop behaving like they are doing us a favor.
