Customer paying for Bosch error
We took our bakkie to Bosch Ballito with a problem we had. They put the bakkie on their diagnostic and informed us about a faulty sensor. We accepted the quote and they proceeded with the work. The next day the bakkie did the same thing. The owner said they will remove the sensor they replaced and give me a refund. I took the bakkie to another mechanic who also put the bakkie on the diagnostic and immediately noted that they replaced the wrong sensor. He called Bosch and informed them about the situation. Again they said we have to return, bring the slips and result and they will refund us. Eventually, they decided not to give us a refund and politely informed me that I can take this matter further if I so wish. I will not recommend Bosch Ballito to anyone.
