disgusting and complete 'wool pullers'

Definitely not returning. 1- not transparent. 2- I was told by jaco they can't do wheel alignment cos all 4 shocks need replacing...... turns out as BS cos I had them tested and the front shocks are perfect. 3- I bought a new Bosch battery.... on collection of my car the bulbs had blown which I had to replace 2x.... Franzel let said that happens sometimes when you put a new battery in...... BS. 4- they charge R95 for 'consumables' ....I haven't been explained as to what this is. 5- invoicing and quotes are not transparent. 6- arranged for my car to be ready for collection in the afternoon only to be told at 16:00 that they don't have the correct parts and they can't finish my car.... which left me stranded for days! 7- receiving quotes takes days and then they still add what they want without explaining why. 8- wheel alignment is charged 4x more than other mechanics. 9- they cant do what is agreed regarding finishing times but they have the audacity to phone me almost every day at 07:00 for some pipe that their workers left in my car according to Jaco. 10- trying to get a refund for the work I paid for but they never did nor completed.
