Terrible workmanship

MALL OF THE SOUTH. On the 12th January my car went in and was then collected on the 13th. i thought all was fine until the heavy rain we received recently. Water was coming up in the vehicle where the pedals are. When taking it to another service station we were shown of all the issues caused by the previous centre. They misplaced the scutter panel wiper cap and the panel itself was not put on correctly. So there now is access water somewhere I would say under the car which is seeping through the carpet. And when calling them. No one gets back to us.
