Bosch gateway serviced my car and 2 weeks later aircon pump is damaged and requires replacement...what a coincidence

I took my car to Bosch gateway and then 2 weeks later my car was making a whole lot of noise as if something was loose and was not drivable. I towed the car to them and they told me my aircon pump was damaged and needs to be replaced but they never touch there when they service the car so I will need to pay for the replacement. We trust reputable companies with our cars yet they take advantage of us, especially women. I am not going to leave this because it doesn't make sense that my car never had problems before I gave it to them and after they service it, my car is ruined. I will get to the bottom of this and will come back with an update. If my pump was changed, hell will break loose
