Borch Boksburg Charged arm and a leg for Messing up Timing Chain. Proof available

I sent my Renault for Timing chain replacement, and clutch, car came back with gear 3 not working. when I told them they told me to pay 22grands. when specialist check timing chain they found out that Cable ties were used and as the time goes cable ties snapped and caused more damage. Did advise them to no response. with clutch they admitted but did nothing. They are very careless and their work is questionable.
