Bad communication and treating customers

Rietfontein branch- I was a customer before. They first contacted me for due service. I further requested a quote for shocks. I have been waiting for 2 days, and really just want to get it done. I have asked on WhatsApp service how long I must wait without greeting. In return I was told, I don't have manners as I did not greet. After that I told them to leave the quote as I was shocked by the replies. The person told me to please do, and please report it because respect is a 2 way street. And apparently finance is an issue for me. They are a car service and not a MCDonalds frive thru. I am very disturbed by the conversation. And I wanted to get this done, but I will go somewhere else. I meant no harm and I was attacked in a personal manner.
