Boscath refuses to fix faulty work 2 months after it was done!

December last year I had an opportunity to move my business into a 125m2 building. Boscath approached me as they the building maintenance people and Quoted me on the flooring. 2 months later it’s cracking and chipping in every room and spreading so vast. I have asked him numerous times to repair which he did once and never asked but started sanding in front of all my clients and patching up on a busy day. The patches are so obvious and hardly blended in also no notice made everyone who didn’t see it step in it. Now he ignores my calls and refuses to fix. His work was rushed and done with poor professionalism. My guarentee is a year and after 2 months faults showing up he didn’t even care! A year in after floors were done it is looking revolting. There are cracks and chunks of floor and paint coming off. Poor service, poor client care and an ego too big for his shoes
