Bosbe*** - don't deliver what they promise!

This is the worst experience we ever had from a business. We ordered and PAID in Dec 2021 already. Everyday there is an excuse why we haven't received our product or our refund yet. This has been going on since Des 2021. Everyday we are told it will be sorted and done the next day. Still nothing! Now there whatsapp messages does go through and on there personal whatsapp the message get read without any reply. I have been telling them if this does not get sorted, I will be taking it here and also write a review. That also doesn't effect their interests in resolving this issue. So they have taken our money and time and still hasn't given it back.
