Cant keep appointment

This company made an appointment to come and repair our fridge which is under waranty from Game.suppose dto be here between 8 and 10 this morning.Now at 11.05 we contact them,and inform us now 15.00.Sorry we made arrngements for the two hours agreed apon,this is very poor service,if they couldnt honour the appointment why did they not inform us.Not good enough.If they cany keep a somple thing like an appointment,how on earth do they survive in this economic climate.
