Bosai Electronics Bloemfontein & Hisense

Company does not keep to appointments made. Logged a call with Hisense regarding my faulty oven & this company was instructed to inspect & repair. Expects me to be available on a Saturday evening AFTER I expicitly stated I would not be home over the weekend. Still called & said they are at my house. Now having to phone them, AGAIN, to find out when I can expect them, I have to now ‘wait because I was not home when they came’. Hisense will definitely lose my business if they associate themselves wigh this unprofessional company.
