Worst experience - completely ***********

I thought it would be helpful to other potential clients to give as much context on my experience with BOS Logistics.

I firstly want to state, before even considering using this company PLEASE take the time to watch this expose where they were featured on Carte Blanche. The experiences of the people in this expose mirrors my experience to the T. https://vimeo.com/***

This is not a legitimate business - they do not have the competence to execute what they claim to be able to do. I believe wholeheartedly that they had no intention of ever delivering on the agreed upon service. Their actual business is to frustrate their clients to the point of cancelling the service where they retain 40% of whatever you had paid them.

They're communication is great BEFORE they have recieved any funds from you. The moment you pay them - you will literally have to beg them for any updates or answers. I was lucky that I was able to collect everything that they had collected from my house and will make alternate arrangments to ship my items to where I have relocated.

Please save yourself any stress, and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY under ANY condition. They are ***********, do not care to communicate and are actually dishonest.
