Refusal to deliver half of cargo/theft

What ever you do, do not engage with their company. and please read the reviews on other sites before you even consider them. My goods have been with this company for almost a year now, they delivered half my goods, almost 4 months later than original quoted date. for the last 6 months i have been chasing them to get the remainder of my goods delivered. They have confirmed they have my goods, however will not give me any further details on when these goods might be delivered. They refuse to respond to emails, the refuse to give you dates, they refuse to adhere to basic customer service.

If you are lucky enough to get a response from them after a month of daily chasing, they will always come at you with excuses. and tell you they will check and come back to you again, just to start the chasing cycle all over again. due to the fact that I have confirmations from them that they have my goods, I am currently looking to open ******** case with them for theft.

All I ask, is read my warning, and go look at all the other reviews for this company on other sites and think very carefully.
