Please honour our agreement

Dear Bos Logistics

My shipment arrived from South Africa in Rotterdam, Netherlands during February 2023. Neither myself nor your forwarding agent in Rotterdam are able to contact you via email and telephone. You have been ignoring all our requests for the release of my shipment, and payment of your outstanding fees, in order for my shipment to be delivered to me in Estonia, as per our agreement.

Please could you honour your side of the agreement, and finalise the delivery of my shipment. I have been more that patient.

I will update my review as progress is made.
