Keeping a dying woman's possessions- DO NOT USE!!!!! RUN!

I am writing this review for my mother who is dying with stage 4 terminal cancer. She trusted her goods with Bos Logisitcs from Cape Town to London on the 31/03/2022. During the very limited stages of communication my mom received, one was for more money, which she paid. Her goods arrived in London on the 10/06/22 and customs released it 6 days later. They have now been in a bonded warehouse for over two months. We have spoken to various companies and the reason behind this is because they haven't received money from Bos Logistics. I have sent various emails to BOS (Shane) begging him, pleading with him to get my goods to my mom. You see her son died a few years ago and these are precious items that a dying woman wants to have before she crosses over. She does not care about the furniture. I have received no response or update from Shane. If you mess with a 68 dying woman's possessions then you literally are the worse company I have ever met. Also, the saying goes 'mess with my mom and I will come after you' Which is exactly what I am going to do. You have messed with the wrong woman's furniture. I will get you closed down.
