Don't pay out on insurance when they damage your goods!

I find these recent, positive reviews hard to believe.

Our goods were damaged in transit by BOS- I suspect largely because (through their choice, not ours) the goods were transhipped at Cape Town and London for their own commercial reasons. We paid for insurance, now we want our claim to be handled quickly. They simply don't reply to emails, having made a pathetic offer at about 20% of the damage caused.
