I paid for full door to door shipment of my goods from Cape Town to Sydney. It was a very high price but was willing to accept this because of global logistics issues etc. I was then asked to pay more as the foreign currency fluctuations had changed, again I had to swallow this.
All to find out, that Bos hadn’t paid the logistics company on the Australian side and my goods couldn’t be delivered until that bill was settled. I had to chase for weeks and ended up having to pay the Australian company directly to make sure I received my goods. Bos claimed that they had paid the amount but can not provide any proof of this and I have heard from multiple people that this has happened to them, as evidenced by all the 1 star reviews here.
In addition, I paid for insurance on the container and to date, Bos have not been able to provide any details of this.
It has been found that you have falsely tried to claim R20,000.00 from our exports department.

Your rationale is that all these people had a fantastic experience with Bos but just decided to make up stories about non-payment?????
