DO NOT USE

We used BOS logistics South Africa for shipping of personal items from South Africa using air freight. All went well until they picked up our boxes. Since then all communication has stopped. We cannot get hold of them on Whatsapp or online (though they claim on the website to respond on these platforms). They are not responding to emails. When phoning the landline, one is asked to leave a message to which they never reply. The online tracking has been the same since the day they have picked up our boxes. The radio silence from them is extremely frustrating. We are really not satisfied with their service and will NOT recommend them at all.
