Boslogistics is definitly not recommendable

There had been an investigation from Carte Blanche into Boslogistics in June last year. You can watch it on youtube.com boslogistics " dude, where is my stuff ?" Their result: a mixture of **** and negligance. They managed to have a look at their storeroom. after we saw the total chaos we understood why so many items got lost or ******. Since then they do no longer sell the not existing insurance, they sell their own one, but dont worry they will not pay either. At the beginning they give you the impression that they are very professional, you get a competitive quote, a detailed plan and they answer immediately all your questions. The problems start after the ship arrives at the destination port. They do not deliver and after 1-2 months they come up with an additional demurrage charge of 500 EUR because it took the customs too long. I contacted the customs and they told me that there was no strike on it. When I finally received my stuff 4 months after the arrival of the ship 2 paintings were damaged and a lot of items worth 700 EUR missing. If you choose Boslogistics you will regret it afterwords.
