Bos logistics *****ulent Company!!

I employed Bos logistics to move my home belongings from Johannesburg to Oregon USA in August 2023. Taryn and Shane O’Boyle were quick to give me a quote and ask for payment once I accepted their quote. They picked up my belongings on 1 September 2023 and took it to an undisclosed warehouse. Once they had possession of my goods all communications from them stopped. I was expecting my stuff to arrive in the USA by end November as promise, but nothing arrived and no one answered my calls or emails.It took me until 2 weeks ago (first week in February 2024) to track down my possessions (with the help of friends and family) and get it back from Cape Town to Johannesburg (R15000 later). Bos logistics still has not given me my almost R200000.00 back and Shane O’Boyle keeps avoiding me. This company has taken many people for a ride and their service is not just poor, but non existent!! They are ******* that take advantage of people that are not in the position to follow up in person in South Africa. Shame on them!!! Do not use them ever!!!!
