Do not use this company!!! Communication starts off well, but as soon as they have your things/money they basically disappear. We have no idea where our belongings are after trusting them to ship it for us from SA to Denmark.

As per your tracking link, the container seems to have been held up during its transshipment from Hamburg to Copenhagen due to port congestion in Europe which is sadly out of our control, although we do our best to find alternative solutions.
I have alerted our CSD in Cape Town to ensure we look into why you feel you were not given the service experience you had come to expect.
