Beware of BOS Logistics. Appalling customer service and communication.

I'm still waiting for my refund over a sentimental box that was misplaced by BOS Logistics and a copy of my insurance paperwork. Its been months. Communication was great in the beginning but they are difficult to reach once they've collected the items. Shane (the owner) has not responded to my last email after telling me he would look into it on the 1st of June.
