Awful service

Absolutely **********. Service at the beginning was amazing, hence I decided to use the company to move my household goods from Cape Town to Joburg. They never wrapped my bed like I asked (and was charged for) and the bed and mattress have been damaged and soiled. There was almost no communication from them once they had my money. The delivery of my goods took 19 days, and it was supposed to take a week. I had almost no communication regarding delivery and have still had no response to my communication asking where my goods were. Awful awful company. 2 of their positive reviews are by their employers. Should be shut down.
