Refuses to honour CPA

<p>On Sunday 18th Septempber, I bought 2 ECCO portable speakers from Borwi Trading cc, Shop 3B and 3B, China Mall, Main Reef Road, Fordsburg.</p> <p>During the week i tested the units and found the wired mic and guitar input jack to have a crackling connection, which is a fault in the product. </p> <p>On Sunday 25th September, I tried to return the units to the shop, only to be told that all the units are the same, and no one has ever given that report before. The shop owner refused to take the defective speakers back, and furthermore, refused to refund the R3000 I had paid for units that cannot be safely used.</p>
