Rude and *********** bunch

I retired last year in december, and submitted all documents to this company handling my retirement fund but they are now claiming that they never receive any of that. What is more puzzling is that theres proof on email that these were sent and they have acknowledged that the email addresses were correct but gave me such attitude when I asked why they claiming they have not received it. Sydwell was the worse telling me I need to stop talking and listen. Like really? These financial institutions always have an excuse when it time to pay..
