Borrelliwalsh - Very BIG and very USELESS!

I have now been dealing with Borrelliwalsh for the better part of 14 months because they handle the liquidation of Gatecoin. It has been an uphill all the way, they are completely unprofessional and totally useless.

1) I have submitted my claim for my Etherium deposit that I had with Gatecoin in Honkong to Borrelliwalsh and have paid the registration fee for the claim and sent them a proof of payment for the registration fee. 2) 6 months later the came back to me and ask me to stipulate my claim in fiat money (which is impossible because the exchange rate for the Ethereum is changing by the hour and there was no date and time given as to when Gatecoin went into liquidation, so one could go back and find the exchange rate at the time. 3) I rep**** as much and never got a reply from them. 4) After sending a barrage of e-mails over a period for another 6 months, they came back and advised that they have never received my registration fee, for which I have a bank statement and proof of payment. They sent me a link www.gatecoinliquidation.com where I can extract the actual value of my loss. 4) The link does not work and one is directed to a form that needs to filled in and a statement that Borrelliwalsh will contact me. Have done that at least 5 times - no reply. 5) Have sent them 2 more emails over the last to weeks to inform them of the problem and asked them for help - no reply!
