Promised 6 Months – Still Under Debt Review After 1 Year, No Communication

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Anton Zeelie Attorneys regarding my debt review removal.

When I engaged their services, I was clearly advised that the process would take approximately 6 months. However, it has now been over a year, and my debt review status has still not been removed.

During this time, I have experienced very poor communication. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received clear updates, progress reports, or a proper explanation for the delays.

It is also concerning that important steps in the process, such as requesting creditor information, were only initiated several months after I had already signed up. This raises serious concerns about how my case has been managed.

Because of this delay, I have remained under debt review far longer than expected, which has negatively affected my ability to secure financial opportunities and move forward with my life.

At this point, I feel misled and disappointed. A 6-month process turning into over a year without proper communication is unacceptable.

I have requested:

A full explanation for the delays A clear and realistic timeline for completion A refund due to failure to deliver within the agreed timeframe

I would advise others to be cautious when considering this firm, as my experience has not met expectations.

I hope this matter is resolved urgently.
