Useless

This a useless company. I called them two days ago spoke to a rude entitled woman and was told to email my proof of payment through which i did as soon as i got of the phone. It's been two days they havent responded via email or called me. NO Communication. Now ive been on a call with them for 25minutes cause they cant transfer a person to the correct departments. They are a nightmare completely useless company. PATHEHIC!!
