bad attitude,0 collection skills, very emotional agent

I received a call from of your consultants this morning who sounded very sarcastic and did not want to listen to what I was saying ,I told her to contact atlas as my query with them is with Ombudsman, until then i will not be making any arrangements with one, she is very rude and I told her this is my phone she must stop calling me ,she handled herself very unprofessional as a collector you don't get caught up in the clients emotion ,the number she called with is ***,i didn't get her name
