Very dissapointed and insulted to my faced

I had requested a quote for dents to be fixed on my car and a respray job. I had phoned then emailed the details and photos of my car to Michelle; the owner. Promises were made to get back to me yet nobody did. My colleague had recommended this place, well sadly I do not see why. The negative reviews online should have been a warning that for years people have been complaining. I had even phoned the following day to follow up on the quote that nothing was done about. We agreed on a time so I had specially arranged to take to vehicle through and get time off work. I get there to only to have a rude receptionist woman make it very clear that she has no idea what is going on and very loudly keep talking over me. She proceded to call the owner up in front of me who had just left for vacation without honouring our appointment nor bothering about my quote.

Naturally I was not impressed at all at this point. I know my car very well and I know Audis very well. This receptionist went around my car PICKING AWAY THE PEELING PAINT with her fingers even though I had told her to stop and proceded further to gough her pencil into the body of the car wherever possible. I was a horrible experience that could only conpare with a nightmare. I don't know which asylum this lady escaped from whowever I have never met someone so unprofessional and outright offensive. I had planned to spend a lot of money fixing the paint job and dents in my cherished car which is a rare Audi. These people will not be seeing a cent of my money, I can tell you that.

My favourite part was when she told me that there are things mechanically wrong with my car like oil burning, lights mounted incorrectly which is not the case at all. Pretty much making things up. Any panel beater would see that the bumber clips had broken off as I showed her. It was very apparent that she was annoying me and aware of it yet happily continued to do so and scratch away and pick at my paint with her nails and pencil. Towards the end of it another customer came in to greet whereupon I was completely ignored for polite small talk. She pretty much went out of her way to **** me off.
