Unprofessional, *********, ************ and Bad Service

I ordered furniture and paid on the 27th of March. They promised to deliver within 3-4 weeks. I have been calling them every week since the 4 weeks lapsed and they promise to deliver the following week until today. I called them on Thursday the 16th of May and they still promised to deliver on Friday the 17th of May, but nothing has come through. They do not communicate with me until I call them and every time they make empty promises. They do not have any sense of communication to their paying clients and when I call them, they are rude on the phone.
