Bad attitude towards Tenants

I called Born Free Rental office to enquire about different parking payments for different tenants in the same building, I spoke to a Cedric then James and James in particular was quite rude telling me that they will not entertain my request to review the contents of my contract. He really had a belittling attitude speaking to me like I am 9yrs old. I am actually in the process of finding a new place but I would certainly not recommend anyone to go to WestPoint Building Flats in Florida, Albertina Sisulu Road because the management does not care for their Tenants.
