Failure to deliver working borehole

After paying a big deposit we waited 3 months for them to install a borehole. Mr. Nel created the impression that everything was fine with the borehole, but after being paid he never submitted a quote to install a pump (even after several requests).<br> <br> After 2 months a massive sink hole opened up. Mr. Nel responded that it happens occasionally and isn't abnormal. I was forced to fill in the sink hole myself. We were instructed to pump water for a week to clear the hole, but it would stop after 30 min and stayed dirty. The pump packed up after 3 days. His staff collected the pump and sent a picture to show that the reason was the sand in the water. I got a message that it would just happen again.
