Still no hole and empty promises
<p>I contacted Jacques for a quotation. I was instructed to pay a deposit to have my hole drilled late december 2016. That date was then moved to 9 january 2017. After plenty of phone calls, empty promises i still have no hole, or any deposit paid back. Now they dont even answer any emails or phone calls. </p>
With the current water crisis experienced in the Western Cape we are extremely busy and do our utmost best in getting to all of our booked customers as soon as possible, however we work with ground formation that constantly changes and make it difficult to give a client an exact date we give an estimation of installation. We did work through the December holidays to serve all of our customers. We did communicate with Hannes and when we were not able to get to him in early January we did request him to send his banking details so that we can refund his deposit (screenshot will be posted) he then rep**** with his banking details the same day and the next morning notified us to not refund him as he still needs our services and are willing to wait until we get to him. (screenshot will be posted below) Hannes we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and did refund the deposit that confirms the cancellation of the borehole installation and see the matter now as closed. We did believe that we were still able to get to you to do the drilling soon.
