30k Deposit paid. No service after 3 months. Promises not being kept. No refund given. Not answering calls.

<p>In March I approached Boreholes4All to drill a borehole at my property (a residential property in Paarl).</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid a R30,000 deposit (more than the norm), with the agreement that they would come and drill at my property the following day, after completing drilling at another property nearby. I was in contact with Jacques and Anneke du Plessis the whole time. </p> <p> </p> <p> The drill did not fit into my property, so the company promised to send a smaller drill very soon, after it has been repaired (which I accepted). I expected a 30 day waiting period at MOST, and under no circumstances was I told otherwise. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is now mid June. and still no borehole.</p> <p> </p> <p>I struggle to get hold of both Anneke and Jacuqes, and every time that I do get hold of them, they say tomorrow, or next week (which does not happen). Only excuses. Three weeks ago I started asking for my deposit back (via email - I am not getting any responses to my emails).</p> <p> </p> <p>When I last spoke to Jacques (24 May), he said that if he does not deliver in a week, he will pay my deposit back. Still no borehole, and not keeping to his word. </p> <p> </p> <p>I now just want my deposit back. This company does not seem very professional, and they are unable to stick to a date that they are promising. Very poor service. </p> <p> </p>
