Very poor service and a waste of money

This company came out to identify a suitable spot to drill a borehole. After a very brief look around with their equipment they identified a spot that was inaccessible to a drilling rig, despite their assurance that a rig could get there. They also claimed to know drilling companies that could drill that spot. This has proved to be false. They will come back and look for another spot but with a further cost. Now they have just gone silent and do not respond. I would avoid this company that is quick to take your money but provide terrible service, esp. the boss Arne who refuses to communicate.
