Haven't received my refund since April '25

On the 05th of April I made a purchase with boredbox and I realised that they had delays on their shipping side so I canceled the order as I needed the shoes by the 12th of April. I still have not received my refund and they are not responding on WhatsApp or on email. Such a bad service and would never make a purchase through them even if they are running sales.
