Have NOT received order yet 2 MONTHS later

Placed an order APRIL 8TH 2025, still haven't received my order.

Last received communication was April 24th : "Please note your order will be dispatched, we are currently experiencing delays and orders should be delivered within the next week or two. If you are willing to wait, we will compensate you with a R50 voucher; if not, we are willing to provide a full refund."
