Complete ****

I placed an order on 5 May. After multiple emails to them and false promises from them, it is clear that this company is a ****. Do NOT order anything from them as you will never receive it and be met with excuses when you try to ask for updates on your order. Even after requesting a refund, I did not receive one after being promised one within 7 days. Very disappointed that a South African would do this to innocent people trying to purchase basic necessities at a lower price
