Complaint

Border Sealants CC was the waterproofing contractor appointed by Inkulu Construction for a commercial project done in Mthatha and completed in October 2019. We had endless trouble getting them on site to start with the work after the deposit was paid but they eventually showed up. In December we were informed by our client that they experienced a waterleak in the building when it rained. We then contacted Border Sealants to return to site and repair the defect on the waterproofing. 12 Weeks later after numerous emails, endless promises and unanswered calls by Neil Woods from Border Sealants, we sent our own team to Mthatha from Pretoria to repair the defect on the waterproofing. We will not recommend this company for any work and will certainly not make use of them for any future projects.
